It doesn't seem like it's getting any better on Monument!
Edi Birsan - we will be counting on you if you win a seat in our city council! Please make this issue one of your priorities. It gives Concord a bad name and is an EYE SORE for our city.
I agree with you that this is a problem. it was a major culture shock to me when I moved to Concord and this developed I had never seen anything like this elsewhere. At one point I remember counting up to 150 to 200 people on the streets, last count I did on Monument was 45 two weeks ago.
