A thousand thanks to Tesh for taking his job seriously and for doing a good job of driving Day Laborers off the Home Depot property.
OK, fine citizens of Concord, it's time to help Tesh send it home! Call the Concord Police Department at 671-3333 every time you see Day Laborers at streetside.

I wonder where they went? I did not see a sudden increase on Monument.
